Doctor Who

Ok, you're probably wondering why I haven't mentioned Doctor Who yet - I mean it has been on for two weeks.  The reason I haven't mentioned it is because I simply don't know what I think about it yet.  I know I'm not too keen on the smoky credits or the new theme in general.  I like the new assistant, especially after the last episode as she takes matters into her own hands and pretty much totally ignores the Doctor (I don't think that's giving anything away but if it then I'm deeply sorry).  But as for the Doctor himself I don't know.  I like the sarcasm but the problem I have is that a lot of the mannerisms are too similar to David Tennant.  One minute Matt Smith has me decided that he is a decent actor and the next moment he is the same Doctor as before - which in my mind is not good.  Sure, he is the same character but at the same time he is not the same person, he just knows the same as before - at least, that is my opinion.  So I'm still waiting to find out if he grows into his own Doctor and I'm really hoping he does.  And if you're not watching Doctor Who - what the hell is wrong with you?
