Yesterday I went to meet-up for people with M.E. I have been to one before but enjoyed it much more this time as I actually felt comfortable enough to talk to people and I'm really beginning to feel as if I've made some good friends (or at least they will be good friends soon). We had cupcakes and I have to say that the cupcakes the host makes are a-maze-ing. They were huge and covered in multicoloured icing that tasted like flumps, which was very strange for me as, being vegetarian, I haven't had flumps in a very long time.
Today I was inspired by her baking to try something different myself and so I made butterfly buns - I can't remember the last time I made these but I love them.
