Fun-Packed Day

Yesterday was a fantastic day - of course now I'm confined to the bed but it was so worth it.  I started the day with my voluntary writing class which, while relatively boring, motivated to get writing some more and I was able  to workshop my current story.  After that, Diamond and I went for our weekly coffee, though for once I didn't have coffee, but had a berry freschato (is that spelt correctly) as it was so warm.  Oh yeah, about that, I looked outside and saw sun but due to the rainy day preceeding it I thought that it wouldn't be that hot so I was stuck in a long sleeve top and a woolly jumper all day.

After coffee, I met up with BFF who I haven't had much chance to catch up with due to her suddenly falling in love (yep, we're all loved up here).  Anyway we met up and went to see Sex and the City 2 (read my review here) which was AWESOME and reviewers clearly don't know what they're watching!  After a fab time we decided to enjoy a cocktail at our local weatherspoons and lots of girly gossip followed by watching Saturday's Doctor Who (I won't spoil it if you haven't seen it - but, so sad :( it made me want to cry).

After all this I went over to Chris' and we enjoyed pizza before falling asleep, completely shattered.  Or, in reality, tossed and turned for a few hours because we were just that hot (no, that's not what I meant you dirty minded people).

So yeah, for once a very filled day so I simply had to share.  Now, on with the resting.
