A Good Day

Today I finally managed to get out of the house, get a bus and go into a close town with Chris.  It turned out it was market day which was fantastic - I love seeing all the random things people sell and the town was littered with charity shops which I'm drawn to like a magpie. I did quite a bit of shopping (will try and upload photos soon) and we had lunch in a cafe (which was a huge let down and really not that good). 

My legs and feet and back are killing me now.  The feet isn't so bad as it's due to walking further than I have in a really long while, the back I don't understand and my legs just ache, though they were burning on the way home.  Thankfully we chose a day which wasn't too hot though we ended up sweating loads anyway.

But basically it was a good day out.  It got me out of the house and therefore out of my slump of feeling crappy due to M.E.  I'm sure I'll pay more for it tomorrow but at least I got a few nifty things that I love (including a bag, fruit pips and knick-knacks - as I said, photos to come).  I only wish I'd taken my camera, just for the sheerness of taking pics.  All in all, a good day.
