So I promised pics of my shopping spree and here they are...
We started out with a visit to the old fashioned sweet shop which had all the sweets lined up in jars (unfortunately plastic, not glass) ready to be weighed. We had planned on just having a peek but as you can see I did buy something. But I'm not to be blamed. They are fruit pips and rubarb and custard pips. I used to get little boxes of them after going to a farm museum, one which we visited often. I had to get some as I haven't had them in years...they still taste as awesome as I remember but this time are lasting a tiny bit longer.
I wasn't sure about this money box but then Chris said 'Look at it' so I couldn't really not buy it. I'm actually planning on using it to save money that would otherwise be spent on chocolate. No, I don't know why I decided that. But it's just for money that I would have spent on chocolate if it didn't go in the box. I'll just have to use the picture on it and my imagination instead of actually eating it - wonder how that'll turn out?
I love photoframes. Whenever we go into charity shops, other than books, photoframes are something I have to check out. I actually bought another one but as I'm giving it as a gift I can't really show it here. Now just have to decide what pic to pop inside - I'm thinking one of me and BFF.
Candle - says it all really.
And finally, my big purchase (a whole £10)
...
A new bag for uni. If you look hard enough you might even see the vampire flower (there are a few on the bag but only one on the front I think. The guy spent ages looking for a new one of the one I'd pointed out but decided he'd ran out so he very sorrily gave me the display one (which has nothing to show it was for display). Can't wait till the plastic smell disappears though.
Oh, and it has pockets - lots of pockets.
So that's my recent shopping spree. Hope you enjoyed.
